Retail Store Management Trainee - 2316

We are seeking a Store Manager Trainee with a minimum of six (6+) months of Store Management experience to join our team. The role involves facilitating a customer-centric environment, recruiting top talent, and driving profitability through communication and goal-setting.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
