Job Description
We are currently looking for the right Retail Store Management Trainee to join our Team! This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in āfast-trackingā into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time (in accordance with federal, state, local law)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others
- Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified
