Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Representative to join our HR Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and consulting to FirstEnergy's hiring managers across the designated business unit(s).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
- Full-cycle recruiting experience for exempt, professional-level positions
- Demonstrated capabilities for successfully sourcing diverse slates of candidates
- Experience using creative sourcing strategies and resume mining
- Strong organizational and follow up skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills
- Sound interviewing, organizational, public relations, negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with the SuccessFactors and/or Oracle ATS' preferred
