Job Description
The Payment Systems Specialist will serve as the principal contact for staff and members, demonstrating enthusiastic, professional, and courteous service, while following established policies and procedures to provide high-quality service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-year experience in Payment Systems or related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good analytical ability
- Ability to multitask and operate effectively under stress
- Previous general ledger reconciliation experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
