Job Description
The Title Associate position is responsible for processing incoming documents for Post Closing and recording, identifying title execution problems, and resolving missing information or errors.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Job related experience with knowledge of mortgage documents and title ownership a plus
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer required
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong work ethic with the ability to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
