Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

FirstSteps for Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Program Director. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader who can guide clinical programs and support the growth of their team. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and mentoring junior clinicians.

Requirements

• Hold an active BCBA or BCBA-D credential
• Have a master's or PhD in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field
• Bring 5+ years of clinical experience, including supervising clinical programs
• Are passionate about compassionate, person-centered care
• Enjoy collaboration and teamwork
• Are authorized to work in the United States
