FirstSteps is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst | BCBA to serve as a Program Director. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree or Ph.D, BCBA credential, and a strong interest in compassionate care treatment model. The position offers a salary of $85,000-95,000 Annual plus significant ongoing clinical bonus opportunities. The team provides ABA services to children with autism and related learning differences, and is committed to ongoing training and mentorship of its employees.
