Mid-Level ABA Supervisor

FirstSteps is seeking a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor to provide compassionate ABA services to children with autism and related learning differences. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in progress or completed, active RBT certification, and a minimum of two years delivering high-quality ABA. Responsibilities include case supervision, mentoring, and program management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in progress or completed
• Active RBT certification
• A minimum of two years delivering high-quality ABA to individuals diagnosed with autism
• Proof of vaccinations and non-reactive Tuberculosis results
• Valid California driver's license
• Proof of auto insurance
