Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst Lead with AI will play a pivotal role in shaping the Capital Markets Services Generative AI initiatives. This individual will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing AI strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of Generative AI solutions to enhance our financial services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- 8-12 years of proven working experience as a BA in the FinTech world (preferred exposure to AI)
- Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship-building skills & communication skills
- Strong ability to identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
- Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling
- Proven experience in eliciting and clear documentation of business and systems requirements
- Experience in using Agile / Lean practices and methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment
