Engineer Lead, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (Prompt Engineer and AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI )

FIS is seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to work on developing cutting-edge Gen AI and Agentic solutions across the organization. The successful candidate will design high-quality prompts for GenAI applications and build evaluation datasets to measure prompt performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall development/QA experience with 2+ years on AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI
• Designing high‐quality prompts for GenAI applications, including LLMs, multimodal models, and agent‐based systems
• Experience crafting prompts for tool‐calling, structured outputs (JSON), function invocation, and agent orchestration
