Job Description
FIS is looking for an Engineer Lead, Site Reliability to join their team. The successful candidate will build software solutions and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications, partner with development teams to improve services, and participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or related technical roles
- Public Cloud (AWS) experience
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) experience
- Containerization & Orchestration experience (Kubernetes)
- Observability & Monitoring experience (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk)
- Scripting & Automation experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Operating Systems experience (Windows and Linux)
- DevOps & CI/CD experience
- IT Operations & Support experience
- Problem Analysis & Resolution skills
- Documentation & Communication skills
- Excellent Soft Skills
