Lead IFRS9 ECL or other Risk management (ALM, Liquidity, etc.) solution implementation projects to meet client requirements, collaborate with members in other country/region, product, offshore development center, partners, etc. and work as a team for the project delivery.
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years' experience of client project delivery in a solution vendor or consulting firm environment, focus on financial and/or risk management solutions.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in leading implementation of IFRS9/CECL, ALM or Liquidity Risk related solutions.
- Good knowledge of IFRS9/CECL calculation, ALM, liquidity risk management, banking products and related regulatory requirements.
- Native Japanese speaker. Fluent in English.
- Advanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in application development or other relevant technology.
- Excellent client facing and communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, team and time management skills.
