Job Description
The Senior Test Manager Consultant will lead the end-to-end testing of product implementations, ensuring high implementation quality, accelerated project timelines, and transparent reporting. They will create test strategies, define test plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing, performance testing, and security testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting or Engineering
- 10+ years' experience as End-to-End Test Management Consultant
- Deep E2E process understanding
- Basic understanding of financial product testing cycles and processes
- Exceptionally good understanding of various Testing phases during implementation
- Experience in JIRA and other Defect Management tools
- Experience in various Functional and Performance Testing Tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English
- Strong written and concise communication skills
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
