As a Sales Counselor in our Atlanta Division, you will work one on one with home buyers as they search and purchase the home of their dreams from one of our master-crafted floor plans.

Requirements

• Prospecting, educating, and setting proper expectations for the build experience
• Develop and execute a proactive prospecting, follow-up, and marketing plan
• Lead the customer through the sales process from initial contact to contract
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly and annual basis
