Job Description
As a Sales Counselor, you will work one on one with home buyers as they search and purchase the home of their dreams. You will be responsible for prospecting, educating, and setting proper expectations for the build experience, while ensuring customer satisfaction and experience throughout the new home build process.
Requirements
- Prospecting, presenting to, listening to, and closing home buyers
- Navigating change, pressure, and shifting priorities to accomplish goals
- Developing and executing a proactive prospecting, follow-up, and marketing plan
- Financially qualifying prospects and consulting with lending institutions to complete the sales process
