Job Description
The Project Superintendent provides on-site leadership for designated construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role coordinates field operations through the direct management of subcontractors with operational excellence to directly shape project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum Five (5) years of experience as a Superintendent or Field Leader in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling tools, and building systems
- Experience with construction management platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Build, or equivalent
- Familiarity with QA/QC practices
