Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading software engineering or application development teams
- Proven experience delivering complex software solutions in a business-driven environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop talent
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience working with modern programming languages and frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound technical and business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
