Relationship Manager

Relationship Manager at Fiserv: serve as the strategic architect of Fiserv's partnership with a dedicated portfolio of high-value clients, lead high-stakes contract renegotiations, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience within Relationship Management
• Experience managing, growing relationships, and implementing cross-functional strategy to drive revenue growth with large clients.
• Experience working in the financial/technology industry.
• Knowledge of Fiserv systems is helpful, including Salesforce or a similar eCRM tool.
• Highly customer-focused and results-driven, with the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously with timely follow-up, both autonomously and as part of a team.
