Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales in payment media, acquisition, or fintechs
- 5 years of experience managing corporate or national accounts with high transactional volume
- Previous experience leading commercial teams or staff under their supervision
- Deep knowledge of the payment ecosystem (present and non-present cards, terminals, e-commerce platforms, anti-fraud)
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, or others)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills
- Advanced level of Spanish-English bilingualism
- Strategic focus, result-oriented, and high autonomy
