Senior Manager, Corporate Development

Fiserv is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development to support the company's growth agenda by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions that expand capabilities and market reach. As a key member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team, this role will lead research and analysis on new growth opportunities, create financial models, and partner with business unit leaders to develop actionable recommendations and drive deals from sourcing through integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years experience in equity research or mergers & acquisitions
• Strong capabilities in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis
