VP of Information Technology

Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, and we move money and information in a way that moves the world. We are seeking a VP of Information Technology to lead teams across development to implementation to production support and resources through alignment and appropriate prioritization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software development, and good understanding of modern practices like Cloud, DevOps, Agile, Java, APIs, modern frameworks, databases etc.
• 6+ years of management experience at an enterprise level using a broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
• 6+ years of experience leading teams in developing micro services and micro batch modern technology
• Experience acting as a liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business; applying equal conveyance regarding business strategy and IT strategy, business processes and workflow automation, business initiatives and IT initiatives, and benefit realization and service delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
