Job Description
Lead impactful, community-driven projects as a Senior Project Manager in our Placemaking + Community Design Studio. You'll oversee complex architectural projects from concept through construction, managing teams, resources, and client relationships to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field from an accredited university
- 12+ years minimum of professional project design, technical and management experience required.
- NY Registered Architect, or ability to obtain it.
- Client relationship, staff management, and business development experience required.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
