Job Description
Lead high-impact energy and environmental projects, manage project execution, and guide project strategy and technical design. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractors to deliver high-quality environmental consulting services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental Studies, Planning, Geology, Environmental or Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in environmental project management, environmental consulting, renewable energy permitting, and environmental compliance
- Strong knowledge of environmental permitting and regulatory compliance, including local zoning and planning reviews and coordination with PADEP, PennDOT, and County Conservation Districts
- Experience preparing and submitting environmental permit applications, regulatory documentation, and land development plans in accordance with Pennsylvania Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, identify project opportunities, and contribute to business development within environmental or energy consulting markets
