Senior Highway Project Manager

Fisher Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Transportation Project Manager – Highway & Civil Infrastructure to lead a diverse portfolio of highway and transportation engineering projects across New York State. As a senior leader, you will help shape project strategy, strengthen key agency partnerships, and influence the continued growth of our transportation practice.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years in civil transportation engineering, including highway design project management
• Professional Engineering License (PE)
• Demonstrated experience managing highway design transportation projects from design through delivery
• Demonstrated success in developing trusted, long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing NYSDOT highway design projects and federally funded transportation programs
• Dedicated to fostering trusting relationships through collaboration, integrity, respect, and active listening
• Deliver high-quality work using critical thinking, sound judgment, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proactively own projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growth environment.
