Senior Traffic Project Manager

Fisher Associates is seeking a Senior Traffic Project Manager to lead transportation and civil engineering projects from concept through delivery. The role involves overseeing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and agencies, and delivering safe, efficient, and innovative transportation solutions.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years in civil transportation engineering, including project management of DOT-funded highway, bridge or traffic projects
• Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it
• Demonstrated success in developing trusted, long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation preferred
• Familiarity with PennDOT design standards preferred
• Dedicated to fostering trusting relationships through collaboration, integrity, respect, and active listening
• Deliver high-quality work using critical thinking, sound judgment, and exceptional organizational skills.
