Job Description
Fisher Associates is seeking a Transportation Construction Inspection Supervisor (TCIS) to lead major PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and municipal projects in Western Pennsylvania. The role involves supervising inspection teams, overseeing field inspections, and ensuring compliance with plans and regulations. Requirements
- NICET certification or PennDOT equivalent experience required
- PennDOT Concrete Certification preferred
- NECEPT Asphalt Certification preferred
- Proven field inspection and supervisory experience on transportation projects
- Strong knowledge of PennDOT specifications, construction standards, and QA/QC principles
