Business controller

Join Fiskars Group as a Business Controller to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. The role will support strategic decision-making and ensure financial stability, with a focus on optimizing processes, controlling budgets, and driving profitability. You will partner closely with management and stakeholders at various levels and countries.

Requirements

• Prepare monthly management reports
• Develop and maintain financial models, Budgets and Forecasts
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and internal processes
• Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analysis
• Monthly support and follow up on 2 smaller factories in Denmark
• Monthly/quarterly follow up on central marketing spend
• Monthly/quarterly follow up on central CAPEX as well as Product development
• Oversee month eliminations and internal profit eliminations until the task can be moved to group
• Make monthly accruals and reclasses to secure accuracy and compliance to internal policies
• Data validation
• Support the 2 business units with ad hoc request
