Retail Activation Specialist (Benelux & Germany)

We're seeking a Retail Activation Specialist to elevate the in-store experience and drive sell-out performance across key retail partners in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. As a field-based role with frequent travel, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and major retail partners to ensure strong execution across different store formats.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, field sales, or visual merchandising, ideally within homeware or design
• Strong commercial mindset and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Analytical approach to sales, performance, and planning
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, structured, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
• Creative eye with strong attention to detail
• Flexible and comfortable with frequent travel
• Fluent in English
• German, Dutch, or French language skills are a plus
• 2+ years of experience
