Job Description
FISPAN is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager to own and drive the end-to-end execution of product launches across our platform, ERP integrations, and bank ecosystem. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong program management, GTM intuition, and the ability to operate in a complex B2B2B fintech environment.
Requirements
- 4–8 years in GTM, program management, product operations, or similar roles
- Experience launching products, features, or integrations in B2B SaaS or FinTech
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy and product lifecycle
