Job Description
FISPAN is seeking an IT Systems & Application Support Administrator to join their team in downtown Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering G&A related SaaS tools, building cross-platform integrations, and providing support for internal stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Requirements
- Perform full-cycle administration of G&A related SaaS tools
- Identify, build, and maintain cross-platform integrations
- Manage user lifecycles, permissions, and security groups
- Oversee Apple hardware fleet using Iru
- Create and maintain technical documentation and system integration diagrams
- Act as Tier 2 escalation point for the Service Desk
- Manage and maintain the Jira ticketing system
