Program Manager Senior

Role Overview

The Program Manager Senior will oversee and coordinate the delivery of DevSecOps services for the USCG Aviation Logistics Center's Information Systems Division (ISD). This role requires extensive experience in managing complex IT programs within a USCG or DHS environment.

What You Will Do

The Program Manager Senior will organize, assign responsibilities, and oversee the successful completion of all assigned IT tasks across Development, Operations, Configuration Management, Information Assurance, and Platform/Operational Technology teams.

Requirements

• Eight (8) years of experience providing technical direction and project management in IT systems engineering or systems integration projects
• Five (5) years of direct experience working with the USCG or DHS
• Five (5) years of experience with change management and process improvements in an Agile/DevSecOps environment
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Industry standard certification such as PMP from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent
