
Job description
Provide Tier 1-3 level support for hardware and software infrastructure, with a focus on automation technologies, scripting, and security practices. Work in a team environment and be willing to take on other duties as assigned.
Provide support to customer automated systems, track and report support requests, perform general system administration activities, and provide technical support for applications.
Must have 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent, with working knowledge of JIRA tickets, ServiceNow, Windows and Linux O/S, and AWS Systems Administration.
