AI Adoption and Training Specialist, Associate Director (Manchester)

Fitch Group is seeking an AI Adoption and Training Specialist, Associate Director to join its Technology & Data Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the safe, responsible, and value-driven adoption of AI across Fitch, with a focus on communications, training, adoption programs, change management, and measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, learning and development, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years in technology enablement, change management, internal communications, or learning and development, with hands-on experience designing role-based training programs and measuring how well they work.
• Strong, adaptable communication skills with ability to shift style, tone, and level of technical detail fluidly depending on the audience, from junior colleagues to executive leadership.
