Finance Senior Associate Director - SOX Compliance

Fitch Group is seeking a Senior Associate Director, SOX Compliance to work in their New York office. The successful candidate will serve as a hands-on subject matter expert, executing core SOX program activities and partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive a strong and sustainable internal control environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, or public accounting, preferably within financial services
• Solid understanding of SOX requirements, the COSO framework, and internal control concepts
• Strong documentation and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to communicate control concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and build effective working relationships across the organization
