Senior Analyst, Model Development Team - London (6 Month FTC)

Fitch Ratings is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Model Development Team in London. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of credit rating models and work closely with the ratings team. This is a 6 month fixed term contract with high likelihood of extension to a permanent role.

Requirements

• Master's degree in quantitative disciplines such as Financial Engineering
• Programming and model development experience in Excel/VBA and Python or R
• Ability to solve problems using critical, rational and creative thinking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical concepts clearly
• Strong work ethic and strong team player
