Job Description
Fitch Ratings is seeking a Director to join its Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) Aviation team in Toronto. The position involves analyzing credit, legal, and structural aspects of aviation transactions, developing credit views, and communicating findings effectively. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant work experience, strong analytical and modelling skills, and a good understanding of finance fundamentals and current economic conditions.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in the aviation or a related sector
- Strong analytical and modelling skills
- Exposure to or understanding of structured finance, securitization, or ABS transactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable analyzing large datasets and deriving meaningful conclusions
