Structured Finance - CMBS, Director - Chicago

Fitch Ratings is seeking a Director to join the Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) group in our Chicago office. As one of the world’s top three credit ratings agencies, Fitch Ratings plays a critical role in global capital markets by providing supplementary credit analysis, ratings, research, and commentary to financial market participants.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree, with a preference for an advanced degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
• Have over 7 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, valuation, or related fields
• Possess strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
