Job Description
Fitch Ratings is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) group in our Chicago office. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing credit strengths and risks of commercial real estate properties and loan structures, communicating rating conclusions to credit committee, and publishing transaction reports, rating commentaries and research reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in underwriting, valuing, or working out commercial real estate, excluding internships
- Expertise in Excel and Word
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills, including strong writing ability
