Job Description
Fitch Ratings is seeking a Senior Director to join the Digital Infrastructure Data Centers group in our New York office. The team is focused on strategic growth and innovation within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sector, providing opinions and guidance to investors and market participants on North American Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) and Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, valuation, or related fields
- Advanced expertise in Excel, Word, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
