Job Description
Fitch Ratings is seeking an Associate Director to join its Structured Credit & CLOs group in Toronto. The role involves analyzing ratings on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and preparing and presenting rating conclusions to a credit committee. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (finance, accounting, economics, etc.)
- At least four years of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for experience related to CLOs or Structured Finance
- Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
- High level of personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management
- Ability to communicate complex subjects accurately and succinctly
- Interest in capital markets and structured finance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
