Job Description
Fitch Ratings is seeking a Senior Director to join its Structured Credit & CLOs group in our Austin office. As a Senior Director, you will lead and oversee a team of analysts in the ratings analysis on structured credit transactions using proprietary models. The role requires at least 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with significant exposure to CLOs and/or Structured Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, accounting, or economics
- At least 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with significant exposure to CLOs and/or Structured Finance
- Exceptional analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and meticulous attention to detail
- High levels of leadership, personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with programming languages is a plus
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and leading teams
