Structured Finance - Structured Credit & CLOs, Senior Director - Chicago

Fitch Ratings is seeking a Senior Director to join its Structured Credit & CLOs group in Chicago. The role involves leading and overseeing a team of analysts, authoring complex commentary and research reports, and representing Fitch at external events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, accounting, or economics
• At least 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with significant exposure to CLOs and/or Structured Finance
• Exceptional analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and meticulous attention to detail
• Leadership, personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management
• Strong communication and project management skills
