Job Description
The Group Exercise Instructor will lead group classes in a pre-arranged format of exercises to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance, while ensuring member safety. They will also serve as a resource to educate members on fitness and report to the Regional Fitness Programming Manager.
Requirements
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to class to interact with members and prepare equipment
- Lead group classes in a safe and effective manner
- Monitor participants for correct form and offer variations for different fitness levels
- Create a motivational and fun environment
