Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a strictly related technical field
• Professional Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master
• Bilingual skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
• Regulated Industry Background: GMP/GxP regulations and system validation
• Automation Project Experience: automation tools (workflows, RPA, low-code platforms), and creating future project roadmaps
• Financial & Budget Skills: estimate project savings, calculate ROI, and track project spend
