Job Description
Project Manager - Capital Projects responsible for project development and implementation, budget management, and coordination with cross-functional team members. The role involves managing project scope, design, permits, bidding process, proposal evaluation, budget, scheduling, field operations, change control, commissioning, and validation process. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 10+ years of experience in Pharma and Capital Projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 10+ years of experience in Pharma and Capital Projects
- Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications)
- Experience in Design Management, Construction & C&Q RFP development, Manage construction implementation, Lead construction weekly meetings, Lead weekly meeting with stake holders, Manage RFI, submittal, & change orders logs, Manage change control process, Develop and update cash flow, Develop & update integrated project schedule
