Director of Group Fitness

We're seeking a Director of Group Fitness to oversee the Group Fitness department at Woodside, a luxury health club based in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group fitness management and leadership.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related health or fitness field (e.g., Exercise Science, Kinesiology or Physical Education)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing all aspects of a robust group fitness offering
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong strategic, creative and critical thinking skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written
• Computer literate- proficient in MS Office- Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
