Fitt Talent Partners is filling a role for a neuroscience-driven wellness company seeking a Social & Influencer Marketing Lead to manage social execution, influencer programs, and community engagement across multiple platforms.

Requirements

• Own day-to-day social execution across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Build and manage a social content calendar aligned with broader marketing campaigns
• Manage influencer outreach, product seeding, and creator partnerships
• Support and amplify founder-led content, including educational videos and Instagram Lives
• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and audience insights
• Repurpose long-form educational content into short-form social assets
• Maintain consistent brand voice, visual quality, and scientific credibility
• Build systems, trackers, and SOPs to improve content and influencer workflows
