Customer Experience Manager

Customer Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring all crew members provide a Wowing customer experience, training on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, and leading front end operations. The role also involves opening and closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness, and performing store manager duties in the absence of the store manager.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
