Merchandise Manager oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock, manages displays, and ensures smooth daily store operations. Acts as Manager on Duty, oversees associate daily activities, and supports onboarding and training. Drives store sales and controls expenses.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
