Merchandise Manager

As a Merchandise Manager at Five Below, you will oversee the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock, manage displays and promotions, and act as Manager on Duty. You will also support associate onboarding and training, and drive store sales and controls expenses. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and executing company Inventory Integrity process.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
